Exercise in

Exercise increases mobility, coordination, boosts mood, reduces rigidity, and minimize soreness and fatigue.  Exercise can reduce motor symptoms: rigidty, stiffness, slowness, and postural instabiity. Exercise can reduce non motor symptoms: insomnia, constipation and more.

High intensity aerobic (>80% maxHR}  exercise is neuroprotective - protects nerve cells from degeneration and helps discover new nerve cell connections..

Workout planner Ewa Beach Parkinson’s every other Thursday (EOT) exercise group. Parkinson’s requires you to take an active role. If you don’t use it you will lose it.
