Exercise in

High intensity aerobic (>80% maxHR}  exercise is neuroprotective - protects nerve cells from degeneration and helps discover new nerve cell connections..

Workout planner Ewa Beach Parkinson’s every other Thursday (EOT) exercise group. Parkinson’s requires you to take an active role. If you don’t use it you will lose it. Exercise isn’t a choice you have Parkinson’s, its the only way to slow progression. People with Parkinson’s can live a normal life expectancy if they can minimize falling. My exercise trike

 My new trike:


I have never been motivated to go to a gym. I get so bored  and parkinsons compounds my lack of motivation. I have serious balance issues and cannot ride a bicycle without falling. 

The recumbent trike is a safe exercise tool.

A good shaver changed my world!!

 What a game changer a good shaver is for a person with Parkinson's .



Your face is your first impression and late stage parkinson's makes shaving impossible.  The end result is i look unkept. This leads most people questioning my ability to take care of myself.


I have tried ten different shavers and razors, but none have worked well. In fact all have made matters worse. The razors cut me constantly. The shavers never cut evenly.  The end result I always looks bad.


Then my niece bought me a series 7 Braun shaver. First good shave since 2004. Highly recommend series 7 Braun
