HONOLULU DISABILITY PARKING PERMIT INFORMATION
All disability parking permit applications for the City and County of Honolulu may be submitted:
- In person at a Satellite City Hall by making an online appointment at – alohaq.org. Select your desired location, then click: “Motor Vehicle and Other Services” to schedule an appointment.
- If you are unable to go online, please call 808-768-4325 for assistance with making an appointment.
- You must present at a Satellite City Hall:
- The completed PA-3 Form
- Your valid I.D.
- A check for $12 payable to: City and County of Honolulu valid for 6 years.
